Camping, fishing, jamming what better way to spend the weekend before winter sets in.

The third annual Sticky Feet Party was once again a hit.
Great food, a few ales, some hot tunes and catchin up with the Sticky Feet Team.
The evening hit off around 6 with the likes of a young local band 'FMG' they look and act like rock stars and made the crowd get in to the groove. Up next was the ever popular 'Scyatic', with a wounded lead guitarist 'Heine' still rockin out hard. A HUGE thanks goes out to 'COOPERS' Beer for helping out with some sweet beverages. The Margaret River Pro has once again been and gone. We got a surprise call from Occy the week before letting us know that he would be making the trip west to surf in the event and commentate. This is our 10h year of being involved in the pro and we have seen may changes over the years. The event has gone from strength to strength over the past few years. 2012 had the most outstanding talent with some of the top men and women surfers in the world taking part in the event. It is one of the highest ranked ASP Star events on the calendar and has a huge purse for both men and women. It was great to see the likes of Kelly Slater, Steph Gilmore and of course Occy who really put on a show for the local crowd. Occy had a great run at the pro making it to the Semi finals but got knocked out by Olamana Eleogram of Hawaii. The Mens trophy was bound to go off Aussie shores with Olamana taking on the very talented John John Florence. Olamana was up against a in form opponent and Jonh John took out the event in true style, he had been on heat all week. The Womens event was also a strongly contested, but reigning champ Courtney Conlogue of USA was to strong for the field and claimed the total once again by defeated Malia Manuel of Hawaii in the final. The Drug Aware Pro also host a fund raising surf off with the inaugural BlackBerry SurfAid Corporate Cup. Teams have to raise money for SurfAid to be eligible to enter. CINEads defeated the Salty Lawyers and the Allen Arthur Robins in a closely fought finals and all in the name of a good cause a total of $50,000 was raised by the teams. Mambo Artists busted out some great free artwork for the crew who got their stick down to the event.
